Accommodations are offered on two quality levels: Standard & Select.

Standard indicates good quality, moderate accommodation with several facilities; possibly a dining room & usually a swimming pool. Select indicates a more superior accommodation, with extended facilities including a dining room & usually a swimming pool. 'Inns' refers to a selection of properties which reflect the character of a region and its people. These properties feature a wide range of facilities and are of varying quality levels.

Standard & Select hotels usually offer rooms with 2 double beds, but this cannot be guaranteed. A triple or quad room contains 2 double beds; additional bedding (charge) can be requested subject to individual hotel availability. Up to 2 children under 12 stay free when sharing same room & bedding with 2 adults. Inns typically offer rooms with 1 double bed, are limited to 2 persons per room & no discount for children is available.

Rates quoted include accommodation, tax, guide book, maps & driving directions, discount shopping & sightseeing coupons. Car Rental & overnight parking charges (if any) are not included.

Amendments to confirmed bookings: As per our normal booking conditions

There will be no refunds for any unused portion of the program booked or pre/post nights & additional services.
